Like the rest of Mionnet’s Description, the entry is a nineteenth-century inventory of coins known from public cabinets, private collections, earlier books, and the market rather than a modern die corpus. Researchers should note Mionnet numbers, quoted owners, measurements, rarity marks, and cross-references, since these can connect a modern specimen to an early publication or dispersed cabinet.
