A newly acquired large bronze gives Bellinger a reason to reconsider the denominations and mint attribution of Timarchus’s rare bronze coinage. He compares the bronze series with the ruler’s gold and silver and with earlier Seleucid issues. The paper is useful for following the argument for Ecbatana while keeping the denomination sequence separate from the proposed place of production.
