The sixth volume continues the journal’s major serial studies, including Phoenician coinage, and publishes numismatic material from Greek and eastern Mediterranean collections. Its mixture of corpora, short notes, and museum evidence is valuable for first publications, old provenances, and the development of local chronologies. As an Athens-based international journal, it often places coins beside inscriptions, excavation reports, seals, weights, and monuments rather than treating them solely as collectable objects.
